Lawns and planting.
Instant lawn starts underneath the grass. We clear, level and prepare the ground, work in compost and topsoil, then supply and lay LM Berea or Kikuyu instant lawn to suit the sun, shade and traffic on your property. Where lawn will not hold, artificial grass is the honest answer and we install that too.
Planting covers bed layout, flower beds, shrubs and plant selection, with mulch to hold moisture and keep weeds down. New garden installations and full makeovers run the same way, from a bare site or from whatever is there now.

Paving, edging and features.
Hardscaping is where a garden either lasts or fails. Driveways, patios and walkways are laid on a properly compacted base with the falls set before a single paver goes down, so surfaces shed water instead of holding it.
Edging and stepping stones keep lawn and bed apart so the shape survives past the first season. Beyond that, we build the parts of a garden people actually gather around: water features and small ponds, pool surrounds and entertainment areas, and raised flower beds that give a flat site some level change.

Irrigation, lighting and upkeep.
Irrigation systems and sprinklers are zoned to your lawn and beds so water lands where it is needed and nowhere else, which matters in a province with restrictions. Outdoor lighting keeps the garden usable after dark and makes the boundary safer.
Maintenance is the least glamorous part of the offer and the one that decides whether the garden still looks installed two years on. Clean ups, weeding and regular scheduled care, on gardens we built and gardens we did not.

Questions we get asked.
Do you charge for a quote?
No. We come out, measure and give you a written quote with the materials named. If the property is outside our normal service area we will tell you before we book the visit.
LM Berea or Kikuyu?
Kikuyu is the tougher of the two. It takes sun, heat and traffic well, which suits open front lawns and anywhere children and dogs are going to use it. LM Berea handles shade far better and stays finer underfoot, so it earns its place under trees and along the shaded side of a house. We look at your light before recommending either, and some properties get both.
How long does a full garden build take?
It depends on the scope and the weather. Instant lawn on a prepared site can be a day or two. A full makeover with paving, edging, irrigation and planting is usually two to six weeks. The quote carries a stage timeline so you know what is happening when.
Can you work inside a security estate?
Yes. Access arrangements, working hours, contractor documentation and any landscaping guidelines the estate enforces are sorted before we start.
Do you take on maintenance only, without a build?
Yes. We take over existing gardens on a regular maintenance schedule, whether or not we installed them, and we do once off clean ups too.
What about water restrictions?
We plan for them. Zoned irrigation, controller scheduling, mulching and plant selection all bring demand down, and artificial grass is an option for the areas where keeping lawn alive is not worth the water.
Do you guarantee the plants and lawn?
We guarantee our workmanship and we specify plant material we are confident in for your conditions. Living material also depends on aftercare, so the handover includes a written care schedule, and a maintenance schedule is the simplest way to protect the investment.
